yes, we are able to use transferred appraisals so long as the previous lender releases all requested documents to us and they meet guidelines.
Please obtain a copy of the appraisal report and put it in the borrowers file so our team can reach out to initiate the transfer.
You will need to chatter in the file to let us know we are using a transferred appraisal. Please tag Kristina Alce in this chatter.
Note that if the appraisal requires a revision or if no AMC was used a new appraisal may be necessary - subject to underwriters review.
