If you're having issues running a quote inside of Salesforce and are receiving Invalid LendingQB username or password error message, please see below for instructions on how to fix this issue.
Instructions
- Login to your Salesforce Account.
- Go to Lead Maturation Settings, found at the top tabs.
- On the left columns, select LOS under Integration Configuration.
- Input LendingQB as the LOS.
- Input your MeridianLink Username and Password on the spaces provided.
- Check Credentials and Save.
