Invalid LendingQB Username or Password in SalesForce

If you're having issues running a quote inside of Salesforce and are receiving Invalid LendingQB username or password error message, please see below for instructions on how to fix this issue.



Instructions 

  1. Login to your Salesforce Account.
  2. Go to Lead Maturation Settings, found at the top tabs.
  3. On the left columns, select LOS under Integration Configuration.
  4. Input LendingQB as the LOS.
  5. Input your MeridianLink Username and Password on the spaces provided. 
  6. Check Credentials and Save.
